A full report will be provided within 24 to 48 hours informing the Mortgage Lender if the project meets criteria

or if additional documentation/information is necessary prior to delivery to a regional center.

SELECTION C : $599

  DELRAP "Worry Free" Review


A Mortgage Lender may forward the approved or rejected condominium package to Tattersall Consulting for our "Worry Free" review, our experts will review the condominium package to ensure it meets the requirements set forth in the Mortgagee letter 2011 – 22 and 2012 – 18. A full report will be provided informing the Mortgage Lender if the project meets criteria or if documentation/information is necessary to complete the approval process.

SELECTION B : $999*

Documentation Review and Submission to HUD


Provide your condo project documentation to Tattersall Consulting, our experts will complete an in-depth review of the documents. We will determine if the project can be submitted to the jurisdictional homeownership center for HRAP review. If our review determines the package is incomplete, we will provide a full report to assist in gathering the Information/Documentation necessary. If it is determine the condominium does not meet the approval criteria, a full explanation will be provided.

Documentation Collection, Review, and Submission.


You provide Tattersall Consulting with the contact information of the HOA or Management Company for the condominium project. We will begin to collect the documentation required outlined in the Mortgagee letter 2011 – 22 & 2012 – 18. Our experts will provide an in-depth review of all documentation to determine if the project meets approval criteria. If it is determined the condominium does not meet the approval criteria, a full explanation will be provided.
